Celebrate the Spring Equinox, a powerful moment of balance, renewal, and new beginnings, on serene Bowen Island. This immersive retreat invites you to pause, step away from daily busyness, and reconnect with yourself, your body, and the natural world as the season shifts toward growth and light.

Led by Hadis, yoga and breathwork instructor, the day begins with a slow, connected yoga practice to release tension, awaken energy, and cultivate presence. Navinaccompanies the journey with an immersive live soundbath, guiding your mind and nervous system into deep relaxation and renewal.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll have space for journaling and self-reflection, connect with a like-minded community, and experience the gentle rhythms of forest bathing, allowing nature to soften, restore, and inspire.
