Operations Team Lead
This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing operations across both Nectar Retreat Centre and our sister business next door, Mist Thermal Sanctuary. You'll manage staff and coordinate across housekeeping, guest services, the kitchen, and Mist’s circuit operations. You're organized, digitally fluent, and able to hold competing priorities without losing track of the details. You're a skilled communicator, a self-starter, and entrepreneurial.

Guest Services — Mist Thermal & Nectar

This part-time role blends Front of House at Mist Thermal Sanctuary with Guest Services at Nectar Retreat Centre, working 3–4 shifts per week. You'll check guests in, guide them through walk-throughs, keep the boutique stocked and thriving, and support day-to-day operations across both spaces with warmth and care. A background in hospitality or retail is an asset. You're personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between two roles — and you have your own accommodation on or near Bowen Island.
