Join Joanna Griffin on beautiful Bowen Island for a day of yoga, meditation, and introspection. You will spend the day at Nectar Yoga’s Geo Dome surrounded by lush forest. The perfect setting for creating space and stillness. This is a beautiful way to nourish your body and soothe your nervous system.
