As the year draws to a close, this class invites you to slow down and gently turn inward. Together, we’ll honour the strength it took to arrive here, with softness, spaciousness, and a quiet reverence for all that’s been lived.

SUNDAY, December 14th, 6:30PM-8:30PM

WHERE
Nectar Yoga Dome, Bowen Island, BC

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Guided by Andrea Clark, co-founder of Nectar Retreat and Mist Thermal, this evening blends restorative movement with meaningful pause. Through supported shapes, calming breathwork, and thoughtful journaling prompts, you’ll be invited to acknowledge the challenges you’ve moved through, the resilience you’ve cultivated, and the shifts you wish to carry into the coming year. This is a space for integration, a quiet landing and a gentle reset.

This evening offers a gentle landing, a chance to look back with gratitude, and a moment to plant quiet intentions for the year ahead.
