Medicine BUDDHA CIRCLE WITH GEORGIE ROSE
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13TH, 7:00PM-9:00PM, 2026
WHERE
Nectar Yoga Retreat Center, Bowen Island, BC
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Join Georgie for an immersive and sacred evening inspired by her time studying and practising yoga and Himalayan spiritual traditions in India.
Rooted in breath, sacred sound and collective healing, this evening is an invitation to soften into practice and give yourself the space to simply receive. A deeply nourishing space for the mind, body and soul, held through mantra, vibration and community.
Through breathwork practices, meditation and sacred sound, we’ll create space to regulate the nervous system, deepen presence and journey inward.
At the heart of the evening is the Medicine Buddha mantra, an ancient Buddhist practice that has been chanted for centuries with an intention of healing, wisdom and compassion. Through repetition and vibration, we experience mantra not simply as something we chant, but as something we can feel within the body.
As individual voices meet, the practice becomes a shared experience, creating a powerful space for connection and collective healing intention, for ourselves, those we love and the wider world.
A beautiful opportunity to gather in community, experience the depth of mantra, nourish yourself from within and simply receive.
