PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Join Nectar's Gentle Flow Community Class on Sunday evenings. Guided by a variety of teachers, each session offers a unique perspective while sharing the common intention of creating ease, balance, and connection.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Gentle sequences are paired with variations and modifications so that every participant can move in a way that feels supportive. We will focus on somatic movement and relaxation practices that nurture both the individual and the collective experience of community.
As the seasons turn and autumn arrives, these classes place special emphasis on transition, grounding, and renewal. Each session draws inspiration from the changing rhythms of nature, moon cycles, and yogic philosophy, encouraging participants to reflect on how these cycles mirror shifts in their own lives.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Opening with pranayama (breath awareness)
Gentle warm-up: folds, hip mobility, and spinal movements
