Join Jane, as we gather under towering trees, within a cozy geodesic dome, warmed by a wood stove. Through movement, nature and rest, as the flame dies down, the embers of your practice remain.

With curiosity, we explore the physicality of the practice. This is an afternoon of movement, nature, and rest. This practice is designed to leave you grounded, restored, and carrying that warmth home.

Luxuriate in unstructured free time. Explore the private trails on property. Read. Journal. Connect with others in the Onyx Lodge. Refresh with a snack. Pop into the village. Go to the beach. This is time to unplug, tune into what you need and just be.
