This is a chance to slow down, connect more deeply to your yoga practice, and share the kind of spaciousness that only a day immersed in nature can bring. Together, share two very intentional yoga practices, explore the sacred grounds at Nectar, and take the day to unplug and recharge in familiar company. This retreat is about community care, nervous system reset, and enjoying the quiet magic of summer on beautiful Bowen Island.
