PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Nectar is excited to co-create Community Yin classes. Harmony Shire has been a certified Yin Yoga Teacher through Love Light Yoga for 10 years and a Registered Massage therapist specializing in fascial, craniosacral, visceral and osteopathic modalities for 17 years.

The emergence of spring equinox awakens our systems in relation to the plants in our environment. The unfurling of Qi from our winter slumber has our Liver tissues stimulated and our digestive systems stirring their fluids raising our yang energies. To support this opening we will land into the meridians of our organs through long held postures of the pelvis through the twisting of the spine. Allowing us to deepen our roots like our plant relatives, as we too unfurl towards the spring sun.
