PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Let's deepen the rest and restoration our bodies are so deeply asking for, together,  in the sweet stillness of winter. The quiet of the darkness this season is an invitation from Mother Earth to look inside and see what shadows are asking to be seen and held to heal, with love. Let the practice of yin and breath open the heart, allowing our inner healer to guide the practice of opening and clearing energies, allowing us to start this year more clear and centred in consciousness. This is the time when a snake hides under a rock after shedding its skin, to protect the vulnerability of the new exposed scales. Let us rest together after the year of the snake, integrating the new self 2025 birthed for us.
