PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The year of the fire horse is about dynamic energy, momentum towards living out our gifts for the world from a centred wholeness, galloping from our hearts. In this class we will work with the unfurling of spring ahead and stoke the fire within to awaken that life force energy we've been restoring in the depths of winter. We will gently fan the embers, building heat, while connecting to the power of the horse within our hearts, allowing clear passage for the horse energy to freely guide us through the year ahead.
