PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
In this class we will connect with the medicine of cacao to begin our journey into our hearts to support the unravelling and completion of 2025. With breath and yin postures we will shed the skins of the snake year, revealing our new skin of power for the horse year ahead. Releasing our year with deep gratitude for their lessons and growth, we will release into the fire what is complete and no longer serving the greater good of our hearts.
