  • Nectar Yoga 720 Gardner Lane Bowen Island, BC, V0N 1G2 Canada (map)

SOLD OUT!

We are pleased to host this offering led by local teacher, Harmony Shire in our sacred Yoga Dome each Tuesday for a 5-week series this Autumn.

Event Overview:

This 5 week series of yin yoga will be a nourishing practice of deep long restful postures that will follow the pathways of the fascial systems in the body. We will connect to chakras, organs and their meridians, the emotional body, and fascial channels with their many extensive connections. There will be a strong connection to breath as the modality to create space in the body where old patterns are held. Crystal singing bowls, candle light, wood stove, and abundant nature will support the space for our practice. This series of classes is open to all-levels of practitioners.

Yin yoga is a healing rehabilitative and preventative practice, where the depth and intensities of the postures are gauged by you with support from the teacher. Harmony will be connecting with every student throughout the practice to ensure all bodies are being supported and held. Feel free to connect with her directly for any questions.
