Join Aaliya Noorani on a 2 night, 3 day retreat to Nectar Yoga on Bowen Island. Close to home, you will be transported to a lush forest wonderland. With daily physical practice, workshop style movement, traditional Vedic practices and a sauna/ cold plunge experience. Use this time to connect to your roots physically and in your environment. You will leave feeling more rooted and connected to self and others.
