Since 2019, Mikaela Millington has been leading Evolve Retreats around the world, with Nectar as a home base since 2022. Rooted in the philosophy of living yoga, Evolve Retreats are guided by potent daily themes that invite genuine growth, alongside spacious practices that support deep inner exploration.
