In Luminous Silence is a heartfully curated one-day retreat held at the stunning Nectar Yoga retreat centre on Bowen Island. This sanctuary is surrounded by forest and ocean and offers the perfect setting to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Together, we’ll journey through:
* Grounding and expansive yoga practice with Hadis
* Conscious breathwork to awaken the body and calm the mind
* A healing sound bath to guide you into deep rest and integration with Navin
* A shared container of silence to invite clarity, peace, and presence

This retreat is an invitation to return to yourself, to rest in radiant stillness and feel the light within.

All levels are welcome. Come solo or with a friend—either way, you'll be held in a space of love, intention, and connection. It’s a perfect mini getaway to Nectar Yoga, on Bowen Island.
