Nectar yoga LTD. HOT TUB USAGE AGREEMENT
Please note the usage of the Hot Tub is not guaranteed, and is based on availability, the suitability of the Primary Renter’s party (when applicable), and the aforementioned agreement between the Primary Renter / Guests and Nectar Yoga. All guests staying at Nectar Yoga are required to read and release claims for the use of the hot tub, whether their stay includes usage or not.
The Renter / Guest agrees that should any problems arise with the hot tub,that it’s reported immediately to Nectar staff at 604-947-6999.
To ensure your safety and the safety of others, the Renter / Guest understands and agrees to the following:
To follow the Hot Tub Schedule as outlined below
Start times are listed and each spot is 20 mins in duration, with a maximum of 4 individuals per time slot.Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 6:30pm, 8:00pm
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays: 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 3:30pm, 5pm, 6:30pm, 8pm
Sundays: hot tub is not availableTo limit time in the hot tub to no more than 20 minutes.
That the hot tub cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use.
To use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage caused by the renter or the renter’s guests, invitees, agents, employees, and/or the renter’s / guest’s other affiliates.
Pregnant folks, children and those with heart disease are not permitted in this hot tub.
To shower and clean their feet prior to the use of, and after the use of, the hot tub.
That NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other products or materials may be used in the hot tub.
That NO food or drinks are permitted in the hot tub or in the structure that houses the hot tub.
That NO glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub.
That NO shoes, street clothes, or pets in or around the hot tub.
That NO urinating and spitting in the hot tub.
That NO “adult activity” is engaged in the hot tub.
That hot tub usage is not permitted if you have any open sores or wounds, cuts, infections, or diarrhea.
To NOT use the hot tub if the water temperature is more than 40 degrees Celsius / 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
To never use a hot tub alone.
To keep your head, arms and upper chest out of the water when in the hot tub to avoid overheating, and to get out of the hot tub if you feel light headed, dizzy, overheated, nauseous, weak, or unwell.
That there is NO horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner (the hot tub cover, and you, could collapse into the hot tub).
To walk slowly and carefully in the space that houses the Hot Tub, to avoid slipping and falling, and causing injury to yourself or others. Please take extra care on cold days, when water on the floor may freeze and be extra slippery.
That the grey towels in your room are for hot tub usage.
That Nectar’s hot tub is inspected, chemicals adjusted between each renter has checked out, and refilled regularly. It is normal to see white particles in the water which is the bromide sanitizing.
The Renter / Guest authorizes Nectar Yoga Ltd. to charge the credit card on file for any of the above charges.
The Renter / Guest agrees that if they choose not to use the hot tub, any hot tub fees paid is non-refundable.
If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, and other items that are not permitted are found in the tub, the Renter / Guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $75.
Damage to the hot tub will be paid for from the $1500 damage deposit on the property rental.
The Renter / Guest further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nectar Yoga Ltd. and its owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renter's use of the tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage.
The agreement is hereby incorporated into and made a part of any other agreement between the renter and Nectar Yoga Ltd. in the event legal action is commenced to interpret or enforce the terms of this Agreement and costs, whether incurred during litigation, at trial, or on appeal.
By signing this document, the Renter / Guest acknowledges and represents that they have read the terms hereof and understands the legal effect of their signature.
Usage of Nectar Yoga’s Forest Bath (Hot Tub) is an add-on service for retreats. The cost of $300 plus applicable taxes will be added to your rental invoice.
