Work Trade Program

The program offers a unique opportunity for individuals worldwide to immerse themselves in our retreat while contributing to our community. Participants enjoy a two-night stay in exchange for labour and help with various projects, including gardening, outdoor renovations, painting, administrative work, search engine optimization, computer skills, and other tasks that benefit from an extra set of hands. Work hours are distributed across both the check-in day and the second day, totaling 7.5 hours for participants.

We invite applicants to join us for a two-night experience within this program, available year-round. As most tasks are outdoors, we seek participants comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.

Once you apply, we'll keep you updated on program dates throughout the year and include you in our outreach unless specified otherwise.
